Cloud Identity Connect is a new Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) delivered via the IBM Cloud. The service which helps users with rapid access to thousands of popular cloud apps. The service is enabling single sign-on (SSO) capabilities for web and cloud applications.
Identity management is growing in complexity, driven by the increase in mobile computing and the rise of the IoT. Combine that with the cloud and the transition to cloud-native applications, and the need for simplicity continues to grow.

IBM Cloud Identity Service provides a more complex suite of identity and access management capabilities, including identity governance and web access management. The MaaS360 UEM provides unified endpoint management (UEM) for mobile devices, boosting SSO capabilities across platforms.
IBM provides free of charge to clients using its own social and collaboration offerings, like IBM Verse and IBM Connections Cloud, as well as partner offerings like Box from IBM.
IBM Cloud Identity Connect will be available on June 15th, accessible through the IBM Cloud Marketplace.
