Chipmakers may interest to expand their business on cryptocurrency mining, because recently Samsung has announced cryptocurrency chip business. Now, one of his rivals also focusing on the same business. Yes, Nintendo unveils upcoming GPUs could be used in cryptocurrency mining.
Nvidia going to launch its new GPUs GTX 20xx or 11xx Series in the next couple of months. Some sources said, the GeForce GTX 2080 and GeForce GTX 2070 GPUs may release in March or April.
The GPUs will reportedly base on the Ampere micro-architecture, rather than the Volta architecture rumored last year. The Ampere GPU will replace Pascal based GPU.
Currently, the Pascal-based GP102 GPU used for the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti and the GeForce GTX Titan XP has allegedly reached end-of-life (EOL), leaving an only minimum number of GeForce GTX 1080 Ti’s manufactured and ready to head to market.

While, the supplies of the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GPUs going to increase over the next 2 months. The current demand from cryptocurrency miners, it’s a possibility that you may not get to buy a GTX 1080 Ti again.
However, the next generation of GeForce Ampere GPUs still can’t seem to affirmed, it’s cutting edge will be either take over the GTX 2080 or GTX 1180 arrangements.
Nvidia says, the GTX 20 Series will launch with the GeForce GTX 2080 and GeForce GTX 2070. This would trailed by the GTX 2060 later in 2018, before the GeForce GTX 2080 Ti subsequently launches in 2019.
NVIDIA drives the cost of the GeForce GTX 20 series GPUs boosted over the $499 debut price of a GTX 1080.
