New Sony OLED TV’s
Sony uncover the highlights and costs of its new OLED TV’s at CES 2018, and furthermore reveal the newest additions to the other series. The new Sony OLED TV’s, one 55-inch A8F comes at $2,800 and 65-inch variant is at $3,800.
While these costs appear to be over the top to casual shoppers. Also, these OLED TV’s are less expensive than the 55-inch A1E OLED TV, its price at $4,000 when it releases.
While, compare with other electronic manufacturers the new Sony OLED TV’s is more expensive. Apart from the OLED TVs, Sony also uncovers the pricing of its new X850F and X900F LED TVs. The X850F model costing $4,500 and the last at $5,300. The X900F series also adds a 49-inch class TV which comes at $1,100.
Features of A8F series
The screen of A8F is recycled from the 2017 Sony model. Also, the A8F series uses the same processor and the same Android TV operating system as the A1E.
But, the sound quality and design are very rich in A8F series. While, Sony recreated the design by removing the kickstand that made the A1E lean back when standing. Now, the A8F has the standard foot stand that reduces the TV’s footprint by 84 mm.
Sony’s Acoustic Surface Technology
Actually, the A8F series come with two woofers, but Sony removed the kickstand, which held A1E’s woofer. It gives a slight contrast to the sound, which delivers from the screen through the Sony’s Acoustic Surface Technology.
Sony explains, With Acoustic Surface technology, the sound comes to you from the entire screen, with voices seeming to come directly from the characters’ mouths and explosions directly from the action on the screen.
Also said, the A8F BRAVIA comes with the same old OLED TV with Google voice Assistant, also adding Alexa compatibility. Currently, the Sony’s A8F are available for pre-order at retailers, such as Best Buy and Amazon.
