Cloudflare APNIC team up

Cloudflare’s DNS supports both DNS-over-TLS and DNS-over-HTTPS, and the company is trusting that its HTTPS support will see more programs and operating systems support the protocol. Cloudflare’s DNS presently sitting at a worldwide reaction time of 14ms, compared with 20ms for OpenDNS and 34ms for Google’s DNS, so it’s the fastest DNS resolver for customers.

However, the web optimization network deployed its Universal SSL feature to provide free SSL encryption to millions of websites. Also, the company offers DDoS protection to prevent sites from overwhelmed by malicious traffic.
