Essential Natural oils found in the liquid of various parts of plants. There are many different ways to get essential oil benefits.

Essential Oils for Back Pain

To Natural Oils for back pain you can apply lavender oil, marjoram oil, Rosemary oil and peppermint essential oil. Add several drops into the area of pain, and apply a hot or cold compress.

Essential Oils for Bone Pain

Bone pain can be reduced by Myrrh oil, Ginger oil, and Orange oil.  Add 1-2 tablespoons of carrier oil.  Massage 1-2 drops into the area several times a day or as desired.

Essential Oils for Bone Spurs

Use a few drops of Wintergreen oil, Helichrysum, and Peppermint with a carrier oil.  Massage 1-2 drops over the area of concern 2-3 times a day.

Essential Oils for Sinus Pain

Put a towel over your head and inhale the 3drops Rosemary essential oil or 3 drops of Peppermint oil mixture for about 10 minutes.

Essential Oils for Bruises

Prepare a natural oil blend using 2 -4 drops of lavender oil, Helichrysum oil and Chamomile oils with a 1-2tbs of carrier oil. Lightly apply 1 drop over the bruise. Proven to contain compounds that can reduce the appearance of bruising.

Essential oils for Joint Pain

Helichrysum and peppermint essential oils dilute 3 -5 drops of oils in 1-2 tablespoons of carrier oil. Massage gently to the pain spot followed with a hot or cold compress, heating pad or ice pack.

Essential oils for Herniated Discs

A Natural oils blend of Wintergreen, Helichrysum, and Peppermint with a carrier oil proven to be effective for this type of pain.  Apply 1-2 drops directly, massaging it gently to where the pain point is on the spine several times a day.
