Fifteen men with Breast Cancer
Fifteen men claiming infected by breast cancer and diagnosed. These men who worked in nearby the location where incident occurred. Five of those diagnosed were first responders, including two firefighters and a New York Police Department sergeant. An ironworker, a highway repairman, a student and others were also among those found to have breast cancer.
“The debris pile acted like a chemical factory,” said Thomas Cahill, a University of California-Davis professor emeritus of physics and atmospheric science and research professor in engineering
According to the report there are more than 10,000 cancer cases registered linked to 9/11 attacks. Researchers studied that significantly higher rates of many types of cancers found among recovery and rescue workers who reported to the site as well as non-responders affected by the dust. As the atmosphere around the collapsed building filled with mixture of dangers chemical and dust causing risks.
The US environmental agency has tested atmospheric levels in Manhattan to decrease the exposure. It reported that air filled with vapor o dioxide a harmful carcinogen.
Moreover, in U.S. one percent of men facing the breast cancer issue and those who are only effected by the 9/11 attacks.
