The messaging platform WhatsApp launched a new feature in Beta version of its android app know as Picture in picture mode (PIP).
As PIP mode not a new feature already rolled out in all social media platforms to view video content on the corners of the screen by accessing the apps on the background. Moreover, iOS users are currently using, but the company to make available for all android users across the world with OS version 4.4 and above.
Users need to update WhatsApp version to the 2.18.301 Android beta update to use the new PIP mode. WhatsApp has already implemented the feature on its iOS app. It is expected to be introduced for all Android users soon.
WhatsApp is reportedly also working on a Dark mode feature which is already available in apps like Twitter or YouTube. The dark mode feature can be enabled in the dark. So that you don’t strain your eyes while using the app.
The feature has already created a fan list in the beta mode. The chat app will also allow you to externally download the sticker’s packs. The app could also receive the “Get More Stickers” option that will direct you to Google Play Store. You will be able to download stickers from other apps.
