Google Pixel 4A Review

Google Pixel 4A Review

If you are thinking of buying the best phone in 2020, the Google Pixel 4A is best to buy in 2020. It has a very affordable price. It comes in just $349 which is very less with a great stylish look and features. Google is assuring us to have the three years of software updates and warranty for a good period for a time which is making it rare among all.

The most important thing about pixel 4A is pricing. Also, there are many cool features to look forward to in the Pixel 4A like its flagship-tier camera that is very impressive. The Pixel 4A makes a much stronger case for itself than other Pixel phones. Its launch is delayed due to the pandemic but Google says the wait is going to be over soon in October 2020. That’s quite a thing to say because I should remind you that the Pixel 4A costs $349.

  • Only $349 for 128GB of storage
  • Excellent camera for photos
  • Decent battery life

  • Sometimes stuttery performance
  • Mediocre camera for video
  • No wireless charging

When we are buying Pixel 4A so the only reason to buy it over other Android phones is Google’s Software. It provides you the guarantee to get at least three years of timely software updates and also google software is what makes the Pixel 4A camera so good and best in all. There’s a single 12.2-megapixel optically stabilized sensor on the back with a flash. Also, there is an 8-megapixel sensor in front. The Pixel 4A and Pixel 4’s photos are virtually impossible to differentiate. They both have the signature Pixel look almost high contrast, sharp detail, and cool color tones.

Its camera is perfect for the night mode pictures and it’s very affordable at $349 price. In comparison with the iPhone, anyone can figure out that the iPhone is best at taking pictures in daylight but not good at night as it does not have comparable night mode. You can zoom up to 7x and the pixel doesn’t get affected. The 4A’s portrait mode is fine so long as you don’t have to look very close to the edges.

It also has a very interesting mode that is astrophotography mode in which you can take pictures of the milky way or stars, they were clearly visible in the pictures. As it has many good points so there must be bad points like it takes more time to load the pictures to view them and sometimes it’s HDR Plus algorithm will utilize fewer shots than the Pixel 4. All these bad points and sacrifices we got the best camera equal to the iPhone pro.

When it comes to the hardware and software we can trust Google about this that Google will not disappoint us in these two forms. The Pixel 4A has a one-size-fits-all 5.8-inch display, Google is using hole-punch for the first time which makes the screen close to the edge, the bezels are still bigger but in other phones it comparatively smaller at this price. Its OLED screen is adding rarity to this price on this phone as it does not come at this price on other phones.

It is still covered by Gorilla Glass 3 which is 4 generations old. But the point to remember is that at $349 it comes with 1080 very cool screen resolution. The body itself is plastic with the fingerprint sensor on the back, but there is still a lack of wireless charging that needs to be added.

There are stereo speakers that are much needed and also you have to swipe from the bottom corner for Google Assistant to say ‘Hello Google’. You don’t have many choices for the color as it only comes in the black color. The best among those is probably the safety features like car crash detection, but the most useful day-to-day is the ability to get speech-to-text in phone calls.

The specs are good news for us Google has given the 6GB RAM to run the Android application and other apps also 128 GB storage for your files. But when we compare it with the iPhone the processors are not as good as the iPhone. That means the Pixel 4A uses the midtier Snapdragon 730G, which is the worrisome news. Google promises at least three years of software updates and says last year’s Pixel 3A. The 4A has a 3,140mAh battery, which is larger than the one on the smaller Pixel 4. power-efficient Snapdragon 730G processor, and you end up with acceptable battery life. But the thing I’m getting at is the 4A does a good job of handling all of the basics people expect out of a phone: good battery life, good camera, good software, acceptable speed.

This is the review for the Google Pixel 4A is best at its camera and software in the very less price and you get very user-friendly features, its specifications are almost equally up to iPhone specifications it is night mode is best from all also its astrophotography mode is adding the best effects to buy it.
